How does price tracking work?
CartGo uses community-powered data. When users scan Costco price tags in-store, the price information is shared anonymously with all CartGo users. This crowdsourced approach keeps pricing data accurate and up-to-date.
Is CartGo free?
Yes! CartGo is free to download and use. Core features like scanning, searching, and the shopping cart are always free. A Pro subscription ($2.99/month) unlocks price drop alerts, watchlist, and rebate tracking. New users get a 1-month free trial.
What data does CartGo collect?
CartGo collects your email (via Google or Apple Sign-In), scanned purchase data, and approximate location (to detect which store you're near). Images are temporarily stored while processing (up to 7 days), then automatically deleted. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in the app (Profile > Delete Account) or email support@cartgo.app. All data is permanently removed. See our account deletion page.
