Delete Your Account

Permanently remove your CartGo account and all associated data.

Option 1: Delete in the App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the CartGo app:

  1. Open the CartGo app on your device
  2. Tap the Profile tab at the bottom
  3. Scroll down to the "Danger Zone" section
  4. Tap "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm by typing "DELETE" when prompted
  6. Your account and all data will be permanently removed

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

  1. Send an email to support@cartgo.app
  2. Use the subject line: "Delete My Account"
  3. Include the email address associated with your CartGo account
  4. We will process your request within 7 business days

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  • Your profile and account information
  • All saved receipts and purchase history
  • Your watchlist and price alerts
  • Rebate claims and tracking data
  • Shopping cart contents

Note: Anonymized price contributions to the community database are retained but cannot be linked back to you.
